Terms of Use — Predicts

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AstroReadz, LLC ("AstroReadz", "we", "us") governing your use of the Predicts mobile application and related services (the "App").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Please read Section 12 (Disclaimers), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability) and Section 16 (Dispute Resolution) carefully — they limit our liability and affect how disputes are resolved.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into a contract to use the App. The App is offered only in the United States; we make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use elsewhere. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements, that you have never been convicted of a felony or a sex offence, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any jurisdiction.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

2. Your account

To use the App you must create an account using an email address, Apple ID, or Google account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information, including your real name and an accurate date, time and place of birth.
• Keep your credentials confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at admin@predicts.guide of any unauthorised use.

One account per person. You may not transfer your account, or create an account on behalf of anyone else.

Deleting your account: you may delete your account at any time from your Profile screen in the App. Deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the App or extract data from it.
• Access the App through any interface other than the one we provide, or interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on our systems.
• Use the App to develop a competing product, or to train a machine learning model.
• Circumvent any security, rate limiting, or access control measure.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs, profile text, messages and other content you submit ("Your Content").

You grant AstroReadz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App — for example, showing your profile to users you are matched with and delivering your messages. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Photo screening. Profile photographs are automatically screened for explicit content by software running on your device before upload. Automated screening is not perfect; it does not replace your obligation to follow these Terms, and we may remove any photograph at our discretion.

5. Community rules

You agree not to use the App to:

• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation.
• Post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts violence.
• Post photographs of anyone other than yourself without their consent, or photographs of minors.
• Solicit money, promote a business, advertise, or send spam or chain messages.
• Solicit personal or financial information from other users, or engage in any scam, fraud or "catfishing".
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate or harass any user.
• Distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose, including human trafficking or prostitution.

We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to law enforcement.

Reporting. You can block or report another user from within the App. We review reports but do not guarantee any particular outcome or timeframe.

6. Interacting with other users — your safety

AstroReadz does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on users. We do not vouch for any user's identity, conduct, or intentions.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person. Use good judgement:

• Get to know someone before meeting them.
• Meet in a public place the first time, and tell a friend where you are going.
• Never send money to another user.
• Do not share financial information, home address, or identification documents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroReadz disclaims all liability for the conduct of any user, and for any harm arising from your interactions with other users.

7. Astrological content — entertainment only

The App generates natal charts, transit readings, compatibility scores and predictions using astrological calculations.

All astrological content in the App is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice.

Do not make important decisions based on content in the App. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

You assume total responsibility and risk for any decision you make based on content in the App.

8. Notifications and messages

By creating an account you agree to receive service-related communications from us by email and, if you grant permission, push notifications — for example new messages, matches, and account notices. You can turn push notifications off in iOS Settings. Service-related emails are part of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, and our messaging and analytics providers. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the App.

The App may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text, graphics, logos, and the software and algorithms that generate astrological content are owned by AstroReadz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the licence in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to admin@predicts.guide including: your contact details, identification of the work, identification of the material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your signature.

11. Availability and changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction, score, or piece of information in it is accurate or complete.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroReadz disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROREADZ AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroReadz and its officers, members, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, your licence under Section 3 ends immediately. Sections 4 (as to licences already granted), 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 survive termination.

16. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting admin@predicts.guide. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either party may pursue formal action.

Otherwise, you and AstroReadz agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you have under the law of your state of residence.

17. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AstroReadz regarding the App.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the App before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
• Apple. These Terms are between you and AstroReadz, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
